Please read the below instructions carefully regarding the return of your ordered products.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

We offer a 3 days return policy on all our products.  You must place a return request within 3 days of receiving your order, so long as the products are unused, unwashed and have their original packaging and invoice intact.

However, certain exclusions to this policy are –

  1. If the returned item is not received in its original condition or some parts are missing.
  2. If the return request is initiated outside the eligibility window of 3 days after delivery.
  3. If the product clearly states ‘FINAL SALE’.

WRONG/DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED

We take utmost care to ensure that our products are delivered safely and securely to our customers. However, if in any rare scenario, you have received a wrong or damaged product, please submit a return request. Once the return request is authorized, we will process your refund/replacement as applicable.

PROCEDURE TO RETURN A PRODUCT

  1. On the bottom left of the homepage, you will find Submit a return request .
  2. Please enter the required information in the Return Request form.
  3. We will arrange a return pickup by our courier partners if your location is eligible for a return pickup. Or else, please arrange to send the product to the following address –  Shahji Spices,

  1. Once your return is received, our team will inspect the product and initiate the return procedure. You will be notified accordingly. You may either request for a free replacement/refund as applicable.
  2. Costs related to shipping, COD charges, custom packaging, etc. will not be eligible for a refund and only the product cost (less restocking fee, if applicable) will be refundable.

TIMELINES

Replacement – It usually takes 7-10 working days to send the replacement.

Refund – We will send a credit of the refunded amount to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days of approval of the refund.
